Battlezone Gold Edition is the definitive, all-inclusive release of Battlezone. Originally launched as a VR-only title on May 11, 2017, Rebellion released the Gold Edition on May 1, 2018, which bundled the base game with every piece of additional content released up to that point — Classic Mode, all tank skin packs (Military Camo, Hi-Viz, Safari Camo), the Horn Pack, and the Bobblehead Pack — and added full non-VR support so the game could be played on a standard monitor. Existing owners were automatically upgraded to the Gold Edition for free. The store description explicitly states the Gold Edition "includes the base game, plus all additional content released to date," which is a clear "complete package" signal. The last developer communication was a hotfix on May 31, 2018, addressing minor controller quality-of-life issues. No further content has been announced or released since that date, and there are no unreleased DLC entries on the store. The game launched as a complete, finished package in its Gold Edition form.
