bit Dungeon II launched on December 15, 2014 and received a steady stream of patches and feature updates through its early life. The developer, Kinto Games, was actively iterating on the game from launch through mid-2016, adding features like an overworld map, trading cards, difficulty scaling changes, and various gameplay tweaks. The last recorded update was Version 3.2 on June 6, 2016, which was a minor change (removing a click hit behavior). After that, all developer activity went quiet. The only subsequent communication was a March 21, 2019 announcement teasing the sequel, bit Dungeon III — confirming the studio moved on to a new project rather than continuing work on this one. The OST was released as a separate purchasable item on August 12, 2019, but that is supplemental content rather than a game update. There are no unreleased DLC items, no announced future content, and no roadmap. The game launched as a complete product and received post-launch polish updates that concluded by June 2016. It has been in a finished state since then.
