A final feature patch was shipped on November 21, 2022 addressing several known issues, and a minor achievement fix was applied on November 21, 2023 — but this appears to have been a small maintenance correction rather than new content, consistent with a game in a final maintenance state. The developer was explicit that the game is complete and will receive no further content. Bloodholic is a short visual novel that shipped as a self-contained story, and the developer has formally closed the book on its development.
