On January 27, 2024, the developers posted a significant announcement: they are moving on to their next game, Grimshire — a cozy farm sim. This post, which also included a minor bug fix for Bone's Cafe, represents the last official communication from the developer. The announcement makes clear that the studio's focus has shifted entirely to the new project. There have been no further updates to Bone's Cafe since that date, and no future content for the game has been announced or implied. The January 27, 2024 bug fix post effectively marked the end of active development on Bone's Cafe. The game shipped as a complete product with campaign mode, challenge mode, co-op support, and 97 discoverable recipes, and the developer's pivot to a new title confirms no further content is planned.
