Evaluation

Boris and the Dark Survival is no longer available for purchase on Steam — it has been removed from the storefront. This outcome was announced by the developer on October 24, 2024: the game would be discontinued upon the release of its successor, Bendy: Lone Wolf, a full overhaul and rebrand that was planned for 2025. The store description confirms this transition is underway, noting that existing owners of Boris and the Dark Survival will receive a free copy of Bendy: Lone Wolf when it releases. Since the game can no longer be purchased, it is effectively delisted. Any continued interest in this franchise would need to be directed toward Bendy: Lone Wolf, which is a separate Steam title.

Evidence

Developer announced Boris and the Dark Survival will be discontinued upon release of Bendy: Lone Wolf, a full overhaul/rebrand launching as a separate Steam game in 2025. Existing owners will receive a free copy of the new game.
