Bright Memory: Infinite launched on November 11, 2021 as a complete, self-contained action-FPS experience. After launch, FYQD-Studio continued to support the game with a series of cosmetic DLC packs and feature updates. Notable post-launch additions include the Lunar New Year update on January 27, 2022 (which added new enemy variants, Cheongsam costume DLC, and over 40 fixes), console releases on July 21, 2022, DLSS 3 support in October 2022, and a third-person perspective mode alongside two new Rabbit-themed costume DLC packs in January 2023. The final developer communication was a feature patch on October 22, 2023, which added Steam Workshop and mod support. No content has been announced or released since that date. All 10 DLC listings are marked as released, with the most recent shipping in January 2023. In a September 2023 post, FYQD-Studio confirmed there are no plans for a Bright Memory: Infinite remake in Unreal Engine 5, and that future UE5 work will go toward new projects. The developer has not announced any further DLC, expansions, or updates, and the game's post-launch update pattern has clearly concluded. Bright Memory: Infinite appears to be a finished product with no further content planned.

Story

Bright Memory: Infinite combines the FPS and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Mix and match available skills and abilities to unleash magnificient combos on your enemies. Your trusted sword allows you to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns you come across in-game can be customized with a variety of ammunitions. Choose between incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles, and more to suit your situation.

Created by FYQD-Studio, Bright Memory: Infinite is the sequel to the popular Bright Memory. However, the sequel features an all-new world, along with newly created improved battle system and level design.
Developer Comment
For Bright Memory: Infinite, I wanted to focus on adding content to give players a more satisfying experience. As a result, development took three times as long as Bright Memory. This process allowed me to learn how to create a strong game while dealing with time and financial constraints. I spent a lot of time thinking of ways to maximize whatever technology and resources available to me in order to deliver an unforgettable experience through the game. As such, Bright Memory: Infinite represents the culmination of FYQD Studio's growth. Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to all my global partners and those who have provided technical support to me.
