Bubsy Two-Fur is a bundle of two classic SNES Bubsy games released on Steam on December 17, 2015. It launched as a complete, finished product — a straightforward emulated re-release of two existing games with no post-launch content ever planned. The developer shipped two patches in 2016 (a bug fix in May and a feature update in September adding PAL support, controller compatibility, 2-player mode, and UI tweaks), after which all communication ceased. No new content was ever announced or delivered beyond these maintenance updates.
On August 15, 2025, the publisher announced that Bubsy Two-Fur would be delisted from Steam on September 9, 2025, and that its content would be bundled into Bubsy: Paws on Fire! at no extra cost to existing or new owners of that game. Despite this announcement, the game remains purchasable as a standalone product as of today (July 22, 2026), meaning the delisting either has not yet taken effect or was delayed — but based on current store availability, the game is still accessible for purchase.
This is a complete product with no outstanding content commitments. It shipped as a finished emulated collection and received only minor technical updates before going quiet.
