Cardinal Quest 2 launched on November 23, 2015. Its only DLC, the game's soundtrack, was released on December 21, 2015. The last recorded developer communication is Patch 1.19 on June 24, 2016, which added a single legendary weapon alongside balance tweaks and bug fixes — a maintenance-level update rather than a major content expansion. No further patches, announcements, or developer posts have appeared since that date. There is no roadmap, no unreleased DLC, no announced expansions, and no developer statements indicating future content is planned. The game shipped as a compact, complete roguelike experience and has not received any substantive post-launch content releases beyond minor patch work. With no outstanding commitments and no developer activity since June 24, 2016, the game is best understood as a finished product.
