Evaluation
CashGrab launched on September 19, 2022 and has received a solid history of post-launch content. Three major updates shipped after launch: the Big Bucks Update on September 14, 2023 (new monster and map), the Fredward Fezbeer Update on July 17, 2024 (new monster, new map, gambling mechanics, and a suite of new items), and a Summer of Sillies Update #2 on July 29, 2024 (another new monster and map). The store description prominently highlights the Fredward Fezbeer Update as the most recent featured content. On June 10, 2025, the developer posted an announcement titled "CASHGRAB. IS. BACK." with a trailer and a wishlist prompt — strongly suggesting a new major update or content release was in the works. However, as of June 21, 2026, no follow-up post, patch, or release has appeared. It has been over a year since that announcement with no further communication from the developer, leaving the status of that announced content unclear.
Evidence
Developer posted 'CASHGRAB. IS. BACK.' with a trailer and wishlist link, signaling a new update or content release in development. This is the last known communication from the developer.
Summer of Sillies Update #2 shipped with a new monster and new map.
