Castle Of Secrets: Prologue

Castle of Secrets: Prologue is a free standalone prologue to the full Castle of Secrets game. It launched on November 18, 2022 with a tutorial level, two full levels, a mini-game, and assorted quests and cutscenes. On February 20, 2023, the developer shipped a notable update adding two new locations along with bug fixes and improved translations and voice-over recordings. The most recent developer communication is a statement from March 13, 2025 addressing community questions about voice acting in the full game — confirming that professional English voice actors were used, and that AI was only used to assist with Russian localization consistency. This post was focused on the main Castle of Secrets game rather than announcing new content for the prologue itself. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future updates for the prologue, and no sustained pattern of major content drops beyond what has already shipped. The prologue appears to be a complete, self-contained sampler designed to direct players toward the main game (which has its own separate Steam listing).
