Chip's Challenge 2

Chip's Challenge 2 launched on May 28, 2015 and has received a series of updates over the years. A major Version 2 update on March 16, 2018 added offline support, Steam Workshop integration, a level set editor, and bug fixes. A follow-up patch (Version 2.1) on April 28, 2018 added additional quality-of-life features. The most recent major content release came on October 16, 2020, when Niffler published CC2LP1 — a community-created level pack adding another 200 levels, available free via Steam Workshop. There have been no developer communications of any kind since October 16, 2020, and no unreleased DLC or announced future content. The single DLC listed on the store (the built-in level editor) shipped on launch day in 2015. The game has no roadmap, no outstanding commitments, and the developer has not indicated any further content is planned. Given the studio's silence since October 2020 and the absence of any outstanding promises, the game appears to be content-complete as of the October 2020 community level pack release.
