Cinderella Escape 2 Revenge launched on October 6, 2017 as a complete, self-contained action game. Its two DLC items — an MMD resource pack and the original soundtrack — are both cosmetic/supplementary in nature and were both released on the same day as the game itself. Neither represents a content expansion.
After launch, the developer continued to push patches into 2018: a May 2018 update added a new costume, an extreme difficulty mode, and bug fixes, and an October 2018 Halloween update brought over new features (bandage costumes, custom key configuration, camera shake) from their newer Mina game. The May 2018 post explicitly noted that the developer was shifting focus to their next game. There have been no updates to this title since October 29, 2018, and all subsequent developer news posts (from 2020 onward) are announcements for entirely separate games — Huuma Mina: The Secret of Immortality and No!Ah!'s Ark. The developer's attention moved on well over seven years ago, and there are no announced plans, unreleased DLC, or roadmaps pointing to any future content for this game.
