Clawfish

Clawfish is a small, self-contained indie game that launched on June 11, 2021. The store description explicitly describes it as a "short game to be played in one sitting" with a completion time of under one hour — it was designed from the start as a finished, complete experience. The developer issued a small bug fix on launch day (June 12, 2021) and a more substantial patch on June 28, 2021 that addressed bugs and added minor quality-of-life improvements. That June 28 post mentioned a possible content update "in the future," but no such update ever materialized — the developer has posted nothing since June 28, 2021. Given that the game is nearly five years past that last communication with no follow-through on that vague mention, and the game was clearly designed as a complete standalone experience, the game is best understood as having shipped complete at launch.
