Paws and Soul

Paws and Soul launched on July 16, 2020 as a complete, self-contained relaxing adventure game. Following launch, the developer shipped a series of polish and improvement updates: a major update on July 23, 2020, another on July 31, 2020, a significant update adding multiple endings on September 9, 2020, a further major update on January 27, 2021, and a final bug-fix and quality-of-life patch on October 28, 2021. That October 2021 patch is the last recorded communication from the developer. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no season pass. The store description presents the game as a complete standalone experience. The developer has been silent since October 28, 2021, well past any pattern that would suggest ongoing updates, and all post-launch work appears to have been refinement of the game as shipped rather than expansion of it. The game launched as a finished product and the developer's post-launch activity was focused on polishing that product to completion.
