Climb

Climb entered Early Access on June 20, 2018 as a very early build (version 0.0.1). The developer, A Sweet Studio, posted regularly through the summer of 2018, shipping updates on June 21 (0.0.1), July 7 (0.0.2), July 16 (0.0.3), and September 17, 2018 (0.0.4). In their June 23, 2018 philosophy post, they expressed genuine enthusiasm, saying the community feedback made them feel they "can keep creating content for a few years." The September 2018 update (0.0.4) added a solo mode, new cosmetics, and a leaderboard — and closed with a promise that "more information on future updates and what's going on in the studio right now will come really really soon." That follow-up never arrived. The last developer communication of any kind was on September 17, 2018. Since then, the game has received no updates, no news posts, and no public communication from the studio. The game remains in Early Access — still at a very early version number — with no 1.0 release in sight. There is no indication of whether development is continuing, paused, or has been quietly abandoned.
