Mists of Noyah

Mists of Noyah launched its 1.0 release on May 21–22, 2022, after a period in Early Access. The developer had promised free post-launch content updates (additional biomes, bosses, enemies, items, new mechanics, and mods), and in June 2022 confirmed a console port was in progress, stating that new PC content would arrive after the console version shipped. In October 2022, the developer announced that the console port was still ongoing and that no new content changes would be made to the PC version in the meantime, redirecting their energy to a new game called Scarlet Tower. Since that October 2022 post, there have been no further developer communications for Mists of Noyah. The console version has never been announced as released, and the promised post-1.0 content updates were never delivered. There is one unreleased DLC listed on the store — the Mists of Noyah Soundtrack — which has no release date. Despite the earlier promises of free post-launch content and a console port, the developer has been completely silent since October 17, 2022, a period spanning over three and a half years through today (June 25, 2026). Given the length of the silence, the studio's apparent pivot to other projects (Scarlet Tower), and no indication that the console port or any post-launch content is still in development, the game appears to have been quietly abandoned in its 1.0 state. The promised additional content was never shipped. The soundtrack DLC remains unreleased with no date. However, given that the soundtrack DLC listing has no date and the developer has been silent since October 2022 with no roadmap reaffirmation, the game has effectively reached its final state as shipped in May 2022.
