Clone Drone in the Hyperdome

Clone Drone in the Hyperdome launched on December 12, 2024. Following launch, Doborog Games shipped a major feature update on December 19, 2024, announced and then delivered a full new game mode called The Skyscrapper on July 27, 2025, and followed it up with a polish patch on August 19, 2025 and a developer blog on August 23, 2025. The game had been receiving active, substantial post-launch support. However, on June 24, 2026, Doborog posted a direct statement about the game's future. They explained that the VR market has made it financially unviable to continue updating Hyperdome, and that they are shifting their focus to Clone Drone in the Danger Zone and future projects. They acknowledged having fun ideas for updates they might revisit if market conditions improve, but were explicit that the game will be left without further updates "for the immediate future." This is effectively a studio announcement that active development on Hyperdome has ended, at least for now. There are no unreleased DLC items listed on the store. The only DLC is the official soundtrack, which released on June 18, 2025. No roadmap commitments or announced-but-unshipped content remain outstanding. The developer's June 24, 2026 post represents the clearest possible signal that the content cycle for this game is complete as of that date.
