Evaluation
COLINA: Legacy launched on September 13, 2018 as a complete psychological horror game. In the months following launch, Chance6 Studios released several quality-of-life updates — adding new languages, key binding customization, new difficulty modes (Hard and Survival), and various bug fixes and performance improvements. The studio also worked on porting the game to mobile (iOS/Android) and Xbox, which were released on September 13, 2019 to mark the game's one-year anniversary. That anniversary post also noted the studio was moving on to develop a new project. No additional content, DLC, or expansions were ever announced or released for the PC version. The last developer communication on Steam was that anniversary post on September 12, 2019. There are no unreleased DLC entries in the store listing, no roadmaps pointing to future content, and no developer statements suggesting additional updates are planned. The game launched as a self-contained narrative experience and has been content-complete since its release, with the console/mobile ports representing the final milestone of the studio's work on this title.
Evidence
One-year anniversary post announcing mobile (iOS/Google Play) and Xbox releases. Developer reduces Steam price and mentions inviting players to Discord 'as we develop our new project,' signaling the studio's focus has shifted away from COLINA: Legacy.
New Hard and Survival difficulty modes added, along with a free demo. Last major feature addition to the Steam version before the anniversary ports.
