The store description explicitly states it "contains the main game and all previously released Expansions," confirming this is a complete collection. A free update in March 2025 (patch 1.30) added HDR, DLSS 4, ultrawide monitor support, and unlocked previously platform-exclusive outfits and a mission for all PC owners — a technical and content-parity update rather than a sign of new story or expansion content for this title. Developer communications since 2020 have focused on two separate games set in the same universe: FBC: Firebreak (a cooperative shooter) and CONTROL Resonant (a full sequel announced in December 2025, with a release date confirmed for September 24, 2026). Both are standalone products listed on their own Steam store pages. The sequel's June 2026 announcement — with pre-orders now live — further confirms that Remedy views the original game's story as a concluded chapter, with the narrative continuing in a new, separate title.
