Evaluation

CrashMetal - Cyberpunk launched on December 17, 2020 and received a burst of feature updates in its first few months: Update 2.0.2 (December 24, 2020), 2.0.3 (January 15, 2021), 2.0.4 (February 1, 2021), 2.0.5 (February 18, 2021), and 2.0.6 (March 10, 2021). These updates added meaningful content including new cars, drift tournaments, online PVP races, a car marketplace, and various gameplay systems. However, the last recorded developer communication of any kind was on March 10, 2021. There have been no news posts, patch notes, announcements, or developer communications since that date — a silence now spanning over five years as of June 2026. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap commitments, and no developer statements indicating future content is planned. The store description does not reference any upcoming additions. Given the complete absence of developer activity since March 10, 2021 and the lack of any outstanding commitments, the game appears to have reached the end of its active development cycle with Update 2.0.6 as the final update.
