Cruel Arena

Cruel Arena is a small arena survival game that launched on August 18, 2015. The developer was active through 2017, shipping a major rewrite of the game in June 2017 (NEWS-6) alongside announcements of additional features like boomers, powerups, and more zombie types (NEWS-2). Further patches followed through October 30, 2017, adding keyboard control configuration (NEWS-3) and a pause menu (NEWS-5). The last official communication from the developer was on October 30, 2017. No content has been announced or shipped since that date, and there are no unreleased DLC listings. The developer's post from October 2017 mentioned exploring Steam Workshop integration but explicitly did not commit to it. Given that the last update was on October 30, 2017, and no communication of any kind has occurred since, the game appears to have concluded its development cycle as a small, complete arcade-style package.
