Crush Your Enemies launched on July 13, 2016 and received a steady stream of post-launch content. The developer shipped two major free content updates: "Muk's Update" on December 12, 2016 (adding a third campaign with 11 new levels and multiplayer content), and "Plundering with Portals" on May 2, 2017 (adding a fourth campaign with 10 new levels and additional multiplayer maps). A single paid DLC, the Plundered Edition, released on July 19, 2016. After May 2017, Vile Monarch shifted focus to new projects — announcing Weedcraft Inc in October 2018 and launching The Last Alchemist in July 2024. There have been no further updates, content announcements, or roadmap posts for Crush Your Enemies since May 2017. The game's post-launch content cycle is complete, with the final major update arriving on May 2, 2017.
