Dakar Desert Rally launched on October 4, 2022 and received a substantial post-launch content program delivered through its Season Pass. The pass promised five DLC packs, a new map, and two new Rally Events — all of which have now shipped. The content was delivered across several major updates: the SnowRunner Truck Pack (February 28, 2023), Classics Vehicle Pack #1 (April 13, 2023), three additional packs in the Fall 2023 update (November 28, 2023), and finally the USA Tour map on January 15, 2024. Critically, the January 15, 2024 USA Tour patch notes explicitly stated: "This is the end of a memorable journey for the team. We dedicated much of our time into delivering this content and fixes for the issues in Dakar Desert Rally with the hope of ending with a stable product that everyone can enjoy." The developer also noted that the Known Issues article would be removed following this update — a clear signal of wrap-up. A small hotfix followed on February 12, 2024 to address crash stability, which appears to be the last official communication from the developer. All 10 DLC entries in the store are marked as released, every Season Pass commitment has been fulfilled, and the developer has explicitly closed out the content program. The game is complete.
