Dark Siren

Dark Siren launched on December 16, 2022 and has received a steady stream of updates since then. The developer shipped two major free content additions in 2023: a Point Collect Mode update on April 19, 2023, and a Giant Siren Mode on May 26, 2023. These were followed by a series of feature patches adding new skins, body customization sliders, and gameplay options throughout 2023 and 2024. The game's one paid DLC — "The Captain's End" — was released on June 20, 2025, and represents the largest content addition to date: a new map with its own difficulty settings, ranking mode, cutscenes, and additional siren phases. Since the DLC launched, the developer has continued to polish and refine it, shipping balance adjustments and bug fixes in June 2025, January 2026, and as recently as March 4, 2026. All listed DLC has now shipped, and no further content — no additional DLC, expansions, or roadmap items — has been announced. The post-launch updates since the DLC release have been maintenance and balance patches rather than new major content. The developer has not communicated any plans for additional releases, and the game's store page describes a complete feature set with no mention of upcoming additions. Based on the full history of developer communications, the game appears to have reached its final content state with the release of The Captain's End on June 20, 2025.
