Dead Secret launched on March 28, 2016 as a self-contained first-person horror mystery. It was designed and released as a complete, finished experience — a single-player story with five endings and no announced post-launch content. A sequel, Dead Secret Circle, was released in 2018, but that is a separate game rather than additional content for this one. Robot Invader has since moved on to other projects: their game SEEING THINGS launched in mid-2024, and in December 2024 they announced their next title, SUSPICIOUS HOLES, a roguelike card game. None of these developments involve new content for Dead Secret. The studio remains active, but Dead Secret itself has been complete since its original release date.
