Dear Devere is a self-contained visual novel that launched on May 29, 2020 as a complete, finished story. The only DLC ever released is the soundtrack, which came out on June 8, 2020. The developer has not announced any additional story content, expansions, or future updates. Post-launch activity has been limited to maintenance: a Simplified Chinese translation and interface fixes (August 16, 2021) and a small bug-fix patch (January 1, 2022). Neither of these added new story content, and the most recent developer communication dates to January 1, 2022. The store description and all developer communications treat the game as a complete, finished product with no indication that further content is planned.
