Death or Glory launched into Early Access on October 17, 2023, and graduated to its full 1.0 release on September 24, 2024. The game is free-to-play and structured as a live service: it features a monetized shop with premium currency (Diamonds), purchasable character unlocks, paid card caches, rotating seasonal cosmetic collections, clan wars events, and competitive ranked seasons — all hallmarks of a game designed to receive ongoing content indefinitely.
Since its 1.0 launch, the developer has delivered a steady stream of updates. Version 1.1.0 (October 25, 2024) introduced a new card cache with 20 new cards and updated ranked visuals. Version 1.2.0 (October 31, 2024) added a new adventure map, a new boss encounter, 23 free full-art cards, battle stage customization, clan features, and seven new seasonal skins in the shop. A bug fix followed on January 17, 2025.
Even prior to 1.0, the developer was explicit about ongoing ambitions. The April 2024 development update described plans for raid battles, new champions, new game modes, and continued enrichment of both Dueling and Adventure modes. The September 2024 launch post reiterated: "We won't be stopping anytime soon, more maps, more champions, new cards, new skins, new game modes will be coming."
The game's last recorded communication is January 17, 2025, which is now approximately five months before today's date (June 23, 2026) — a notable silence. However, given the live service structure and the volume of active development signals across the game's history, this does not indicate the game is finished. The game is built to grow continuously, and the developer has never announced any conclusion to its content roadmap.

Step into the soul of one of 11 characters, each falling under one of five core classes. Each class comes with its own resource mechanic and each character comes with a customizable deck - allowing you full control over your champion's moveset. Mastering your class and champion is the key to winning each duel.
Every card is an action; every action can have a reaction. Thrilling combo-centric gameplay lets you deal devastating bursts of damage or catch your opponent out and counter to gain control of the match.
The lands of Death or Glory punish mediocrity mercilessly. Sow devastation across roguelike missions that can earn you powerful cards, in-game currency, and
