Death Roads: Tournament left Early Access and launched its full 1.0 release on November 15, 2023, bringing a substantial batch of new content including new drivers, vehicles, cards, enemies, road types, and status effects. The developer's launch post noted "the race is far from over," but this appears to have been an expression of enthusiasm rather than a commitment to post-launch content — no specific future updates or roadmap were announced at launch. After the 1.0 release, the developer shipped one more patch on December 13, 2023, adding 53 achievements, Steam trading cards, and a set of bug fixes.
