Evaluation
Death's Hangover launched on January 20, 2017 and received a active post-launch update period throughout 2017. The developer shipped multiple content updates: new power-ups before launch, a hard mode (February 23, 2017), player-feedback-driven gameplay improvements (April 12, 2017), six new endings (June 8, 2017), and three more endings plus two-player controller support (June 15, 2017). The last meaningful content addition was on June 15, 2017, which rounded out the endings and multiplayer support.
After August 24, 2017 — when a small power-up tweak was posted — there have been no further updates to Death's Hangover. The developer's most recent news post involving the game dates to 2017. A March 2020 post promoted an entirely separate title ("Oh So Lucky Doctor"), confirming the developer moved on to new projects long ago.
There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, no roadmap, and no season pass. The developer has not made any statement about future updates since 2017. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained experience and the update activity from 2017 represents the full extent of post-launch support. The game is complete.
Evidence
Developer announced a completely separate new game (Oh So Lucky Doctor), with no mention of any further work on Death's Hangover. Confirms the developer had moved on from this title.
Developer added three new endings (Death's Past, Present, Future), two-player controller support, and cloud saving for memories — the last substantive content addition to the game.
