Evaluation

Decollate Decoration launched on January 21, 2026 as a compact, self-contained point-and-click adventure game with approximately 1–2 hours of story content across 6 endings. The only DLC is a soundtrack released the day after launch on January 22, 2026 — no unreleased DLC exists on the store. Since launch, KANEKODO has published several post-launch updates focused on quality-of-life improvements and localization: a Diary feature and UI polish on January 29, Steam Point Shop support and Traditional Chinese on March 24, and Korean language support with a 10,000 copies sold celebration on April 28. The most recent developer communication was on April 28, 2026. None of these updates introduced new story content, and none mentioned plans for future content additions. The developer has made no announcements about upcoming expansions, DLC, or additional story content. Given the game's design as a short, complete narrative experience with a fixed set of endings, and the absence of any forward-looking content signals after nearly six months of post-launch activity, this appears to be a finished product that launched complete. The post-launch work has been maintenance and localization rather than content development.

About this game

One day, all of a sudden, you find yourself becoming a ghost.

You've never committed any evil. Your soul would surely be judged favorably. ...Right?

It no longer mattered how great of a place it was.

The thought of being separated from him sounded more terrifying than abyss.

You know what you need to do...

If you can't visit him anymore...

Then you have to bring him with you!

You're sure he would understand.

You need to bring him to your side before your soul passes on.

You have to XXXX your beloved...

This is a point-and-click, command-selection style adventure game where the protagonist is a girl who has become a ghost.

The objective is to fulfill her desires by talking to her beloved "Him", causing poltergeists, visiting in dreams, or even cursing.

However, as a ghost, you cannot easily communicate with "Him", who has no spiritual inspiration.

Through trial and error, try to bring about the desired outcome.
