DEEP FOG

Deep Fog is an Early Access game designed as a 5-chapter horror adventure, with chapters released in phases. Chapters 1 and 2 are complete. Chapters 3, 4, and 5 remain unfinished and unreleased. Chapter 3 has had a troubled development. On August 28, 2023, the developer posted an update acknowledging that the chapter's story had grown much larger than planned, and that the studio lacked the funds to bring on additional help — leading to significant delays. They also removed the mobile version of the game to free up resources. On April 29, 2024, a follow-up update reported that Chapter 3 was over 80% complete but remained delayed due to the script, artwork, and animation exceeding the team's capacity. Since that April 29, 2024 post, there has been no further communication from the developer — a silence of more than 14 months as of June 16, 2026. Chapter 3 was not complete at the time of that last update, and there has been no announcement of its release. With three chapters still outstanding, ongoing resource constraints documented by the developer themselves, and an extended period of silence following an update that described the project as still unfinished, the status of the remaining content is genuinely uncertain.
