Deepening Fire launched in Early Access on November 30, 2022, and reached its full 1.0 release on April 19, 2023. The launch announcement explicitly described the 1.0 release as presenting "all the content of the game," and the Ruinous Fire mode included in that release was the final major content addition. Following the 1.0 launch, developer activity consisted entirely of small feature patches and bug fixes in the days immediately after release (versions 1.0.2 and 1.0.3 in late April 2023), with no further posts after that point. The most recent developer communication of any kind was on April 24, 2023 — over three years before today's date of June 23, 2026. No DLC has been listed on the store, no roadmap or future content has been announced, and the developer has made no posts since the immediate post-launch patch period. The game launched as a complete, self-contained package and has received no substantive post-launch content additions beyond initial stability patches.
