Evaluation
Don't Shout Together launched on June 14, 2024. On the day of launch, the developer posted a news update that included a roadmap image, suggesting future content was planned beyond the base game. The following day (June 15, 2024), two small patches were released addressing performance and microphone sensitivity issues. That is the last official communication from SinisterGames. No further updates, patch notes, announcements, or developer posts have appeared since June 15, 2024 — a silence spanning over two years as of today. The roadmap shared at launch has never been referenced again, and none of its implied content has been announced as delivered. With outstanding content implied by the launch roadmap and a complete developer silence since June 15, 2024, it is unclear whether development is still ongoing or has been quietly abandoned.

About this game

Don't Shout Together is a multiplayer horror game created on Unreal Engine 5. After a plane crash, you find yourself in the forest and discover that an explosive device is attached to your neck, which reacts to screams - if you scream, you die. To escape, you need to collect items to either call for rescue by assembling a phone booth or escape by car by building a vehicle from parts.
At the same time, try not to scream to avoid making loud noises if someone scares you. If you scream, the game starts from the beginning, and the entire team fails. If one of the team members screams, everyone restarts. Be careful with dangerous mutants and monsters that can kill you.
If you or your team members stay in place, time does not move forward. You need to survive the allotted time to escape the location. The faster you do this, the better.
Survival Tactics
To win, you need to either assemble a car from parts and drive away, or collect items for a phone booth to call the police.
Before starting, make sure your microphone sensitivity is calibrated. Even a whisper can cause an explosion. Set up your equipment for a comfortable game.
Before starting the game, you need to calibrate your microphone sensitivity. Quiet sounds can be perceived as a scream, so set up your equipment for comfortable play. Try not to make noise, otherwise you will lose if the volume scale exceeds a certain threshold. Play fair, as playing without a microphone loses all interest.
Cooperation: Play solo or team up with friends or players from around the world.
Glow Sticks:
Strategic Communication: Use voice chat to effectively cooperate with other players. Also, pick up a radio to transmit information over a distance.
One Outcome for the Whole Team: If someone makes a loud noise, it means the end of the game for all team members. Cooperation is the key to survival.
