Doodle Date

Doodle Date launched on April 19, 2018 as a short, self-contained experience (approximately 1 hour). The developer had previously announced a free expansion called "The Investigation," but on January 21, 2020, they officially cancelled it. In that post, the developer explained they couldn't find a creative direction they were satisfied with and concluded it wouldn't be financially viable. They explicitly stated the game "will remain a standalone one-off entry" and announced they were moving on to other projects. A few days later, on January 25, 2020, the developer released an Android port of the existing game — adding no new content to the PC version. No further content has been announced since. The game is complete as it stands.
