Dragon's Wake

Dragon's Wake launched on December 10, 2015 as a complete 2D adventure platformer. The only DLC — a soundtrack — shipped the following day on December 11, 2015. After a long quiet period, the developer returned on July 15, 2019 with a meaningful free content update called the "Side Story Update: Green," which added a new side story level, an epilogue level, and various quality-of-life improvements. The developer framed this as a rounding-off of the game's ending, making the conclusion more satisfying. There have been no developer communications since July 15, 2019 — nearly seven years ago — and no further content has been announced or listed. With a single post-launch major content drop that itself described closure of the narrative, and no subsequent signals of any kind, the game reads as a finished product whose content was completed with that 2019 update.
