Evaluation

Dreadline: Net Quota graduated from Early Access to its full 1.0 release on December 16, 2025. Since then, the developer (Mana Brigade) has continued shipping content at a steady pace. Post-launch updates include: a balance hotfix on December 18, 2025; difficulty modes added on January 14, 2026; a Supporter Pack DLC released on March 11, 2026; a Leaderboards update with a new fish and cosmetics on May 18, 2026; and most recently, a June 26, 2026 update adding Simplified Chinese localization alongside a Tidal Splash Festival with seasonal limited-time cosmetics and Midsommar-themed rewards. That June 26, 2026 post also marks the game's "almost one year" Early Access anniversary and closes with: "Here's to another year of quotas, close calls, and questionable decisions at sea" — a clear signal that the team intends to keep supporting the game. The developer has not announced any end to content support. The game features a recurring pattern of seasonal events (Halloween, Christmas, Tidal Splash/Midsommar), ongoing cosmetic additions, gameplay system expansions, and localization work. This establishes an active and sustained update cadence with no signs of winding down. The last developer communication was on June 26, 2026, less than two months before today's date, well within the game's typical update window.
Evidence
Developer shipped Chinese localization and Tidal Splash Festival seasonal update, celebrating nearly one year since Early Access launch. Closed with 'Here's to another year of quotas, close calls, and questionable decisions at sea,' explicitly signaling ongoing commitment.

About this game

Catch Fish

Use different types of fishing rods to catch a wide variety of fish, or buy a spearfishing gun and test your skills.

Keep It Afloat

The boat is your main safety. Repair damage, change fuses, fix the engine, and help each other stay alive. No one can swim, but there is a buoy you can use in case of emergency.

Sea Exploration & Chaos

Sail across dark and unpredictable waters. Discover abandoned structures, strange locations, and unfamiliar locals. You never know what you’ll encounter out at sea.

Work together to survive, coordinate tasks, and rescue crewmates in danger or make questionable decisions that put everyone at risk.

Customizations

Fashion is subjective. Customize your character with cosmetic and facial expression options, and unlock new hats through achievements while trying to survive each trip.
