Dream of Mirror Online is a free-to-play MMORPG that launched on Steam on August 14, 2015. The game is structured as a live service, featuring an Item Mall with cosmetics, pets, and seasonal content (Halloween events, summer items, etc.), which means it is designed to receive ongoing content indefinitely rather than ship toward a defined endpoint.
The developer (SubaGames) was actively communicating through 2020, posting weekly maintenance notices, patch notes, and seasonal event announcements. The most significant content update in the available history was the Housing System launched on September 22, 2020. Feature patches in October 2020 added new items and quality-of-life improvements, and a bug fix post appeared on February 23, 2021 — the last recorded communication from the developer.
Three DLC packs — "Misc Summer Fun DLC," "Female Summer Fun DLC," and "Male Summer Fun DLC" — are listed on the store as unreleased with no release dates attached. These cosmetic packs were presumably prepared for release but have never shipped.
The combination of over five years of silence since February 23, 2021, unreleased DLC still sitting on the store without explanation, and a previously active weekly posting cadence that simply stopped creates significant uncertainty about whether the game is still being actively operated. The servers may still be running (the game remains purchasable), but there is no evidence of any developer engagement since early 2021.
