Evaluation
Dungeon Lord launched on October 20, 2020 as a story-rich visual novel/dungeon management game based on a Korean internet novel. The only DLC ever released is a soundtrack pack (released December 11, 2020), which has shipped. The developer's post-launch activity consists of two notable updates: an English and Japanese translation added on November 30, 2022, and a Unity security patch on October 8, 2025. There is no roadmap, no announced future content, no unreleased DLC, and no developer statement indicating plans for additional story content or expansions. The game appears to have launched as a complete narrative package — the store description emphasizes a self-contained story of roughly 500 pages — and the post-launch activity reflects maintenance rather than ongoing content development. The most recent substantive content addition was the language localization on November 30, 2022, which is the most reasonable date to consider the game fully complete in its current form.
Evidence
English and Japanese translations added — the last substantive content addition to the game.
The only DLC is a soundtrack pack, released shortly after launch. No additional DLC has ever been listed.

Synopsis
Montecristo was a devil who, due to the betrayal of his subordinates, suffered defeat at the hand of humans.

He succeeded in returning to the past before all of his misfortunes began.
However, his body had shrunk in the process, and he was now the size of a small child...
