Dungeons & Jewels

Dungeons & Jewels launched on April 21, 2023 and received one substantial free content update: a major expansion on June 29, 2023 (v1.2.0) that added 5 new dungeon branches, a new final boss, and 20 new unlockable items. This was the content promised in the May 9, 2023 post, which described a planned "end-game campaign" with new branches, enemies, and treasures. That promise was fulfilled by the June 29, 2023 update. After the major expansion, the developer continued with smaller patches — a feature patch on September 17, 2023 (v1.2.1) and a bug fix on February 22, 2024 (v1.2.3). The most recent developer communication of any kind was on August 23, 2024, when the developer announced a separate game (Fishlike) that features a Dungeons & Jewels crossover appearance. This post was a cross-promotion, not a signal of new content for Dungeons & Jewels itself. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future updates, and no roadmap pointing to additional content. The game has received only one post-launch major content release, which was explicitly tied to the pre-announced "future content update" from May 2023. With no further content commitments made, and silence on Dungeons & Jewels-specific updates since the February 2024 bug fix, the game appears to have reached its completed state. The last meaningful content-bearing update was the February 22, 2024 bug fix patch, marking the end of active post-launch support.
