Durka Simulator

Durka Simulator is a free-to-play visual novel that launched on March 21, 2023. The developer shipped a major update (version 0.4.0) on August 22, 2023, followed by a small hotfix (0.4.1) on August 26, 2023. In a July 6, 2023 post, the developer reassured players the game was not abandoned and committed to a major redesign by end of summer — a promise that was fulfilled by the 0.4.0 release. On December 31, 2023, the developer posted again to confirm they were returning to active development after a difficult year, and promised new character variations and patches ahead. However, nothing has been released or communicated since that December 31, 2023 post. As of June 15, 2026, the game has been completely silent for well over a year. The store description still contains placeholder '?' characters where the number of endings should be listed, which is consistent with the game being an unfinished product. The developer's own statements position this as an ongoing project with more content to come, but the prolonged silence makes it uncertain whether that development is still happening.
