Epiphany City launched on April 12, 2022 as a complete adventure/RPG. In the weeks following launch, the developer shipped the official soundtrack DLC (April 23, 2022) and added Spanish and Portuguese translations (July 7, 2022). At launch, the developer mentioned plans for additional DLC content — specifically bonus character backstories and a post-credits scene — but noted these were cut due to time and money constraints and flagged as "if and when" additions rather than firm commitments. No additional content of that kind was ever delivered. The developer's January 2025 post explains why: after releasing Epiphany City, they spent two years working at Riot Games, then were laid off, and have since pivoted fully to a new game (Progress Racer RPG, released June 2025, and a further new title, Tiny Towers, with a playtest announced May 2026). The developer's own words in the May 2026 post — "thank you for even clicking on this so many years after Epiphany City has been out" — signal that the game is firmly in the past for the studio. There is no unreleased DLC, no announced future content, and no sustained post-launch update pattern beyond early bug fixes and the translation patch. The developer has moved on to new projects. Epiphany City is a complete, finished product.
