Evaluation
eXceed - Gun Bullet Children is no longer available for purchase on Steam. When Nyu Media announced its closure in June 2022, it had planned to transfer publishing of the eXceed series to the original developer, Upgrade. However, by December 2022, Nyu Media revealed that Upgrade had dropped out of contact and could not be reached to take over publishing responsibilities. With no viable handoff, Nyu Media delisted the entire eXceed series from Steam on January 6, 2023. The game has no purchase options available, confirming it is no longer on sale. There is no indication from either Nyu Media or Upgrade that the game will return to Steam or any other storefront.
Evidence
Nyu Media announced the entire eXceed series would be delisted from Steam on January 6, 2023, because the original developer Upgrade had dropped out of contact and could not take over publishing.
The game has no purchase options available, confirming it has been delisted and can no longer be bought.
