Exo One

Exo One launched on November 18, 2021 as a complete, narrative-driven experience. Following launch, the developer shipped several bug-fix patches and one notable feature update on February 7, 2022 adding a Level Select mode — the most-requested feature from players. A Steam Deck compatibility update was also released on December 14, 2024. The developer, Jay, moved on to a new project (Exo Rally Championship) shortly after Exo One's launch, starting work on it in early 2022. He revealed Exo Rally publicly at PC Gaming Show 2023, and it launched on June 7, 2026. The news post announcing Exo Rally's launch was posted on Exo One's Steam page as a developer update, confirming that Jay's creative attention has fully shifted to the new title. There is no announced DLC (the only DLC listing is the original soundtrack, which shipped on launch day), no roadmap, and no developer statements suggesting additional content for Exo One is planned. The game was designed and launched as a self-contained story, and the developer's own words framing Exo One as a completed chapter — followed by four-plus years of work on a separate game — confirm this. The February 7, 2022 Level Select update represents the last meaningful content addition to the game.
