F1® Manager 2024 launched on July 23, 2024 and received a consistent run of post-launch updates through early 2025. Feature patches added pit lane starts, driver development focus, team suitability ratings, and contract rumour systems (Update 1.9, November 18, 2024), followed by a hotfix on December 4, 2024.
The final and largest post-launch update — Update 1.11 on February 25, 2025 — introduced season customisation, custom driver and staff creation, and race calendar editing. Two paid cosmetic DLC packs (the Historical Livery Pack and the Abstract Livery Pack) shipped alongside it on the same date. All three DLC entries on the store are marked as released, with nothing unreleased remaining.
There have been no developer communications of any kind since February 25, 2025 — now over seven months of silence as of today, October 2, 2026. Frontier Developments follows a recognisable annual release pattern with this series (F1® Manager 2022, 2023, 2024), supporting each title through a single season with feature updates and cosmetic DLC before moving on to the next entry. No roadmap was ever published promising content beyond what has shipped, and no statement announcing future updates has appeared. The pattern of updates, the absence of any unreleased DLC, and the extended post-February 2025 silence are all consistent with the game having completed its post-launch support cycle. February 25, 2025 marks the point at which all planned content was delivered.

The dramatic world of F1 comes to life on and off the track with the brand-new Mentality System. Manage the personalities and needs of your staff and drivers in the pursuit of success. Do you favour one over-performing driver at risk of alienating the other? A poor run of results may leave your team disillusioned and demotivated. Your management style is the key to success.
