Fantasy World Souls

Fantasy World Souls is a free-to-play MMORPG that launched on February 16, 2023 and has been receiving continuous major updates ever since. The game is structured as an ongoing online service — it features a PVP arena with ranked seasons and weekly prizes, a player-to-player online shop, seasonal events, and a persistent online world with server infrastructure. These are hallmarks of a live game designed to grow and evolve indefinitely rather than reach a defined completion point. DreamWeaver has shipped a substantial stream of major updates since launch: a full server migration and COOP dungeon expansion (February 9, 2024), the Tower of Glory challenge content (July 24, 2024), a major graphical overhaul alongside a conversion to free-to-play (September–October 2024), Arena PVP (November 14, 2024), an Online Shop (December 5, 2024), a Cards system (December 11, 2024), and most recently Arena Rankings (April 7, 2025). That's ten major content drops across roughly two years, averaging one every two to three months. The October 2024 major update explicitly noted that more story content, new Soul interaction menus, and ongoing map replacements were still in progress at the time, signaling that development is nowhere near complete. The developer also teased achievements and cards ("coming soon") in that same post, which were subsequently delivered in December 2024. The most recent major update was on April 7, 2025, and with the game's consistent track record of updates every few months, continued development is expected.
