The store page continues to advertise several features that were planned but never delivered: NPC relationships (meeting, marrying, and living with NPCs), rival and partner farms with a competitor AI system, and additional town activities like offroading, fishing, and hunting beyond what shipped. Earlier developer posts also described plans for expanded tycoon gameplay, deeper NPC traits, and more — none of which appear to have materialized. The game remains in Early Access, meaning the developer has not declared it finished or released it as a 1.0 product. Yet with no updates or developer communications since October 4, 2022, it is unclear whether development is continuing. The gap since the last post far exceeds the historical update cadence of roughly 2–6 months between releases. There is no public statement explaining the silence, no announcement of a hiatus, and no indication of whether the outstanding planned features will ever ship.
