Feed the Cups has been in Early Access since February 20, 2024, and is now on the cusp of its 1.0 launch. On September 14, 2026, the developer officially announced that Feed the Cups 1.0 will launch on October 16, 2026. The 1.0 update will include Chapter 8 (Bar Street), which introduces bar-themed gameplay: serving beer, cocktails, and other alcoholic drinks in various glasses, managing a dishwasher for used glassware, and handling foam levels for each customer's preferences.
Throughout Early Access, the game has shipped a consistent stream of major content additions: Chapter 6 (Ancient Street, fruit tea) in January 2025, major system overhauls in the 0.8 update in September 2025, a new character and costume system in the 0.8.4 update in December 2025, and an internal test of Chapter 8 opened in March 2026. The developer has actively communicated throughout, with the most recent post on September 14, 2026 confirming the final 1.0 launch date.
Importantly, the September 14, 2026 announcement explicitly states: "There's more to come for Feed the Cups after 1.0! We've got more content planned for future updates." This means even after the 1.0 launch and Exit from Early Access, the developer intends to continue shipping new content.
