Evaluation

Fishing at the Lake Full of Cats launched on October 26, 2025 as a self-contained puzzle/fishing game about collecting cats. On November 3, 2025, the developer posted a small update fixing several critical bugs and teased that the next update would bring Steam achievements and an official soundtrack release. However, as of June 16, 2026, no further posts or updates have been published — a silence of over seven months. The promised achievements and soundtrack have not been confirmed as shipped, and the developer has not communicated whether that update is still in progress, delayed, or quietly shelved. There are no unreleased DLC listings on the store, and no roadmap beyond that single teaser line.

Evidence

Developer teased upcoming achievements and an official soundtrack release as part of the next update.
