Five Nights at Freddy's 3 launched on March 2, 2015 as a complete, self-contained horror game. Following launch, Scott Cawthon issued a crash fix on March 6, 2015, announced Android availability on March 6, 2015, added a fourth star achievement via update 1.03 on March 23, 2015, and made final audio and sound adjustments in update 1.031 on April 2, 2015. That April 2, 2015 post is the last developer communication on record. No DLC was ever announced or listed, no roadmap was published, and no further updates have been made. The game was released as a finished product and the post-launch activity was purely polish and bug fixing. There is no evidence of any planned additional content.
