FLASHOUT 2 launched on June 6, 2014 and received two post-launch patches: version 1.1 on June 9, 2014 (adding bonus music and wallpapers, fixing achievements) and version 1.2 on August 12, 2014 (bug fixes and optimization). Both patches closed out with "more updates are coming," but no further updates materialized. The developer's subsequent activity on this game's news channel consisted entirely of cross-promotion for FLASHOUT 3, which was announced in April 2022 and launched on September 22, 2022. The store page itself now prominently advertises "FLASHOUT 3 OUT NOW!" at the top, further confirming that the studio has moved on to the sequel. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no outstanding roadmap commitments, and no developer statements indicating any further content for FLASHOUT 2. The game launched as a complete product and its post-launch patch activity concluded in August 2014.
